Welcome to the website of the FDLE Agents Association.  The FDLE Agents Association, a Chapter of the Florida Police Benevolent Association is the lawful collective bargaining agent and legal representative of the Special Agents of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The men and women who make up the ranks of the FDLE Special Agent are among the most highly experienced criminal investigators in the country. Florida's unique population diversity, geographic location and constant weather provide a base for law enforcement missions which have afforded these Special Agents the opportunity to enhance their investigative expertise well above the average of a comparable State Police Agent in the US.
 
The FDLE Agents Association lobby’s extensively on behalf of the FDLE Special Agents on administrative and legal issues relative to the betterment of the career of the FDLE Special Agent.  We maintain a PAC fund and enjoy a professional working relationship with many of Florida’s lawmakers.  We negotiate contracts on working conditions and intervene in administrative actions directed towards members.  We provide legal representation in the administrative, civil and criminal arena to our members in relation to their function as a State Police Special Agent.  In addition to the several Hundred Sworn Special Agents of FDLE that we represent, we are honored to include in our membership, Investigators from FDLE’s Public Assistance Fraud Units as well as FDLE Criminal Intelligence Analyst.
